Criminal case launched over soldier's death
The Investigative Committee has instituted a criminal case over the death of Armenian conscript Mher Arzumanyan who was killed by Azerbaijani gunfire on Friday morning. Private Narek Harutyunyan, born in 1998, was shot in his chest while on duty in one of the military units in Artsakh. The criminal case was launched on charges of murder motivated by national, racial or religious hatred, or religious fanaticism. An investigation is underway.
