One of the October 27 terrorist attack victims, head of the service on organizing parliamentary sessions Nicoghayos Hakobyan, testified today before the court.

That notorious day, when terrorists rushed into the Parliament session hall, Hakobyan was in the Secretariat. He saw a young man in light-colored raincoat upon entering the hall opened automatic fire in direction of Vazgen Sarkisyan, the then Prime Minister. The witness says the shooting was purposive.

From his seat Hakobyan didn’t see how Parliament Speaker and Vice-Speaker died.
