Incident at court hearing into Ararat Khandoyan’s case (video)
Mnatsakan Martirosyan, Judge at the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan Kentron and Nork Marash administrative districts, used judicial sanction against Ararat Khandoyan, who is charged with participation in mass disorders, and removed him from the hall. Before that Khandoyan announced that the case is fake. With these words Khandoyan interrupted the prosecutor’s objection, which was done in reply to the mediation from the defense side. Before leaving the hall, Ararat Khandoyan turned to his advocate Ara Gharagyozyan, warning that if he participates in the court hearing without him, he will refuse his services.
