Artak Zakaryan and Artak Davtyan become deputy ministers
Defense Minister of Armenia Vigen Sargsyan today announced during a meeting with journalists that Artak Zakaryan and Artak Davtyan had joined the government as deputy ministers. “We are just waiting for the end of the National Assembly of the fifth Convocation to grant them all their powers,” Vigen Sargsyan said.
