Minister ready to negotiate with Gagik Tsarukyan for investments (video)
Investments of 3.2 billions of dollars promised by the Prime Minister during pre-election period are several years’ project. This year investment worth USD 850 million is planned, today after the Government session announced Minister of Economic Development and Investments Suren Karayan, “Their implementations are already clear, financial sources are clear and as you can see they are being actively discussed.” The Minister noted that the main investments will be implemented in the spheres of energy, mining, light industry, pharmacy and food processing, “As you know club of investors was established; the investors are both from Armenia and our compatriots living abroad. There are also foreign investors,” he noted. In reply to the question whether negotiations are possible with Gagik Tsarukyan, as he had promised 15 billions’ investment, Suren Karayan answered, “I am ready to negotiate with all possible investors irrespective of political and other problems.”
