Investigative body clarifies Nerses Poghosyan’s accusation
The accusation of Nerses Poghosyan, who was detained along lines of the case of the leader of the Centennial without the regime movement Jirayr Sefilyan, was clarified by the Investigative body. “They made some changes in the contents of the description. But Nerses Poghosyan announced that he doesn’t accept the charge irrespective of the clarifications,” advocate Arayik Papikyan told “A1+”. Nerses Poghosyan, who has been in custody for already 11 months, is charged of being a member of the organized group. He doesn’t accept the charge levied against him and he declared hunger strike and even thirst strike as a sign of protest.
