Lyova Khachatryan: “They took 6 million loan and wasted it” (video)
Loans given to villagers will not exceed 5 percent. Loan amnesty will be carried out. Agriculture will be subsidized, consultation with villagers will be organized so that they know what and where to sow. Tsarukyan alliance is going to implement all these provisions if it comes to power. “We have taken 6 million loan for agriculture; where are those sums? No job, no aid, nothing new; everything was simply directed to consultations. - Which is your party’s stance on agricultural development in Armenia? Which are your plans? Which are the approaches offered by your party connected with improvement of the local industry?
- One of them is the problem of agricultural loans; you know that the agricultural loans are given up to 40 percent, it seems that it is 24 percent, but when you calculate it becomes 40 percent, which doesn’t fit any limits. What should the villagers do to pay those loans, to gain profit and to provide some to reproduction? These are loans given intentionally to ruin the families.
