HAK-HZhK holds campain and march in Yerevan (video)

19.47 The HAK-HZhK alliance has ended its march through the central streets of the Armenian capital. The participants filled the streets, chanting "Struggle, struggle, until the end." By the way, these words belong to Armenia's first President Levon Ter-Petrosyan. 19.05 Addressing the participants of their campaign rally at Liberty Square, HZhK Leader Stepan Demirtchyan said in order to reach peace we should hold fair elections, eradicate corruption and establish the rule of law in the country. “… as well as disclose the October 1999 parliament carnage and he March 2008 post-election clashes. This cannot be done by a regime because of which people are leaving the country. The authorities have always manipulated the Karabakh issue in order to retain power,” he stressed in his speech.

Stepan Demirtchyan continued his speech saying that people have heard numerous pledges these days but I am convinced that voters will make the right choice, distinguishing false promises from real ones. “We cannot allow random people to buy votes and appear in the National Assembly,” he added.
