International mediators, Artsakh President discuss expansion of Kasprzyk’s office in Stepanakert
The co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group met on Tuesday with President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan in Stepanakert. “Today we discussed issues related to the expansion of [Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej] Kasprzyk’s office. You know that an agreement was reached on expanding his office by seven persons. There are also a number of issues related to technical points. Today Andrzej Kasprzyk expressed his vision on how this can be done. I hope this will be one of the topics, which we will discuss in April,” Artsakhpress cited Igor Popov (Russia) as saying.
