The main goal of Grigor Voskerchyan, lawmaker’s candidate of Congress-HZhK alliance in N10 precinct is not voicing local issues, but explaining people possibly well their project of peace. “By solving our local issues, we don’t solve general issues; people want justice and jobs, and those aren’t local problems, they should be solved on nationwide bases. And I don’t speak of asphalting and other local issues, as it is meaningless to touch upon such issues,” Grigor Voskerchyan, lawmaker’s candidate of Congress-HZhK alliance, told “A1+”. If we are not guided by the project of peace, the only result, according to Grigor Voskerchyan, will be defeat, “We explain the people that we do not resort to sales of lands; we are going to affirm our victory. It is the element of our explanation. Our project is a plan to end victory with a full stop. It means that it is a project of victory.” He hasn’t faced serious obstacles during the campaign, but their headquarters receive many cases of forgery- damaging posters, enrollment of people, “As a rule, we don’t voice it much, as we are the people, who witnessed events in 2008, when we saw cases of use of violence, limitation of people’s freedom and even worse.” These elections differ from previous ones with the way of thinking of people, “In 2008 slavish mentality among the people wasn’t as strong as now.” The reason for the current situation, says Grigor Voskerchyan, is high level of poverty. The authorities, realizing this, refrain from saying in their precincts that they represent the Republican Party; they are trying to gather votes for concrete individuals.
