Yelk bloc's Vanadzor Office attacked overnight
The Yelk (Way Out) alliance says its central office in Vanadzor city was attacked on the night of March 7. In the morning, Yelk representatives in Vanadzor went to the headquarters to find the bloc’s campaign posters town down by unknown people.
In a press release issued on Tuesday, the opposition bloc said 'the occurrence has special significance for them' taking into account the fact that their campaign budget accumulates from donations by Armenian citizens.
The Yelk (Way Out) political alliance comprising the Civil Contract, Bright Armenia and Hanrapetutyun (Republic) parties is one of the four blocs competing for seats in Armenia’s new parliament that will be elected on April 2.
