They struggled for Kond, Kozern and Nairit
Armenian Revival party (HVK) has officially presented its pre-election program, which involves 30 provisions. First Vice President of the HVK Heghine Bisharyan made her speech. She particularly noted that they struggled for Kond, Kozern, Nairit, “I personally visited Arthur Sargsyan (nicknamed as “bringer of bread”) and personally paid a bail, AMD 500 000, for his release. We have been authors of about 200 laws.” HVK Vice President Mher Shahgeldyan noted that their program is contemporary and realistic. HVK President Arthur Baghdasaryan particularly noted that they don’t need money for implementing 30 steps of their program, but as a result of those steps, tens of millions will flow into the state budget, “We should initiate adoption of a special law, which will limit public debt.” He one by one presented all the 30 provisions. Then he handed over closed envelopes to the candidates nominated by precinct lists.
