Garo Yeghnukian, a member of the Founding Parliament opposition movement, will remain in custody. The decision was announced by a Yerevan court on February 24. The Court also rejected an appeal filed by Yeghnukian’s lawyer who was disputing the inaction of the Prosecutor General.
