Heritage party on Artsakh referendum: Artsakh people once again proved that they are united
Zharangutyun (Heritage) party welcomes the constitutional referendum held in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic) on 20 February 2017 which received a positive assessment by international observers.
