Live discussion: public oversight of elections (video)
The Citizen Observer Initiative convenes a press conference today to present the activity of the initiative, public oversight of the 2017 parliamentary elections, citizens’ chances to be recruited as monitors within the framework of their program, their work on the voting day and contact with mass media. Among the participants of the press service will be Ambassador Piotr Switalski, Head of the European Union Delegation to Armenia, Lusine Hakobyan, Head of the Europe in Law Association (ELA) NGO, Levon Barseghyan, Chairman of Gyumri's 'Asparez' journalists' club, and Armen Grigoryan, an electoral program coordinator at Transparency International Anti-corruption center.
