Shavarsh Kocharyan on “black list” (video)
Some days ago the Azerbaijani side announced that the representatives of the international organizations, who were carrying out observation mission in Artsakh during Constitutional changes, will appear in their “black list”. The RA Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan touching upon that announcement, noted after the Government session, “Azerbaijani authorities turn everything into mockery, both the international right and their inner life. It is simply mockery and cannot affect visits to Artsakh,” he said.
