Prime Minister gives instruction to Arpine Hovhannisyan
Concept on ensuring legal security will be developed. Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan today has given such an instruction to the Minister of Justice Arpine Hovhannisyan. He noted that after the adoption of new Constitution huge work has been carried out for ensuring legal security, but there are still some gaps. The concept must be presented to the Government’s discussion until June 10, “Then all the legislative acts must be brought in line with the demands of the RA Constitution,” added Prime Minister. Karen Karapetyan has also instructed all the ministries to inventory all the legislative acts sent to the NA. “Present opinions on further discussion and withdrawal of drafts. There are drafts, which are neither discussed, nor adopted and even there is no opinion whether they are important or not,” said PM.
