NKR Ministry of Defense reports increased tensions along line of contact
The Ministry of Defense of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic reports increased tensions along the line of contact between Azerbaijani and Karabakh armed forces yesterday and last night. According to a press release by the Ministry, Azerbaijani military violated the ceasefire about 105 times, firing at least 1500 rounds from various caliber weapons, including D-44 cannons, 60mm, 82mm և 120mm mortars. The enemy fired 36 shots from cannons and mortars in the eastern and northeastern directions of the frontline. The vanguard units of the NKR Defense Army opened retaliatory fire to suppress the enemy, continuing their military vigil.
