Georgia does not recognize results of Artsakh referendum
“Georgia does not recognize the so-called independence of Nagorno Karabakh, accordingly the results of the so-called constitutional referendum held there on February 20, 2017,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia said in a statement issued on Feb. 21. “The Ministry considers that the dialogue between the cnflicting sides on the Karabakh peace process should be continued in compliance with the norms of international law and principles,” the statement reads.
