Foreign observers, who visited NKR, will appear in “black list” of Azerbaijan
The names of foreign observers following the Nagorno Karabakh referendum will appear in the “black list” of Azerbaijan’s MFA. Hikmet Hajiyev, official representative of Azerbaijani MFA, told Ria Novosti. Azerbaijan published the so called “black list” in 2013 for punishing those foreigners, who visit the Nagorno Karabakh, which isn’t recognized internationally, without allowance. The people, who appear in that list, aren’t allowed to visit Azerbaijan anymore.
