Black ice on some roads in Armenia
Armenia’s Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies reports that black ice is formed on roads in Goris, Kapan and Talin, as well as on some sections of Vardenyats mountain pass. Berd-Chambarak roadway is closed because of blizzards. All roads in the country are open.
