Tigran Mukuchyan: CEC is demonstrating political restraint (video)
Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) Tigran Mukuchyan today presented information on the political forces running in the April parliamentary elections in Armenia. He said that four alliances and five political parties had submitted their lists of candidates and other necessary documents to the CEC. David Harutyunyan, the chief of the government staff and a co-author of the new electoral code in Armenia did not want to speak about the absence of his name on the ticket of the ruling party [Republican Party of Armenia-HHK].
