Electoral process is an obstacle for increase in investments (video)
Russia may carry out investment worth USD 300 million in Armenia, says Minister of Economic Development and Investments Suren Karayan, “Yes, that’s realistic, at least that amount will be invested. Mainly they are interested in renewable energy, agricultural products, recycling and mining industry.” The Minister added that active activities are underway towards the establishment of Armenian-Russian investment fund, which will contribute to the growth of turnover between two countries, increase of exportation and industry. Suren Karayan stated that electoral process is an obstacle for increase in investments, “Any such process is restricting, but in the RA the organizations, with which the activities have been recently underway, are interested in making investments.
