Hamakhmbum party: Oskanian and Tsarukyan did not meet
Some media outlets have spread false information alleging that former Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian and businessman Gagik Tsarukyan have met and ruled out possible cooperation over the April 2 parliamentary elections, Spokesperson for Oskanian’s Hamakhmbum (Consolidation) party, Aregnaz Manukyan, said on Tusday. “There is no need for official meeting or formal negotiations for cooperation,” she said. “Some members of the party have normal, human relationships with Tsarukyan, appreciate the partnership and differentiate between the concepts "cooperation," "respect" and "list."
