Ambassador Judith Farnworth: UK considers Armenia long-term and valuable partner (video)
On 20 January, 1992, the United Kingdom established diplomatic relations with Armenia. On this occasion, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom to Armenia Judith Farnworth made the following statement: “Today we celebrate the 25th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Armenia and the United Kingdom. The UK considers Armenia a long-term and valuable partner. During the past 25 years the UK assisted Armenia on its way of becoming a democratic, stable and prosperous country. The British Embassy in Yerevan is ready to continue working with our Armenian partners and friends to further strengthen and deepen our cooperation.
