Roads as of 19:00
According to the Ministry of ES of RA on January 19 by 19:00 in the Republic the roads are passable. Black ice is formed on the 26-35th km of Sotk-Karvachar road. There is fog in M-4 highway Yerevan-Sevan sector up to 17th km, Goris-Kapan highway and in the city of Ashtarak of Aragatsotn marz and Yeghvard city of Kotayk marz. It is snowing in Lori marz (except the city of Spitak) and Tavush marz (except Noyemberyan city). According to the information received from the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia Stepantsminda-Larsi highway is open for passenger cars in case of using tire chains and is closed for trucks.
