Artsakhpress: Construction works of Municipality and celebration hall started in Talish
A few days ago construction works of a municipal building and a celebration hall started in Talish community of Martakert region, Karen Shahramanyan, Minister of Urban Planning of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, said in an interview with “Artsakhpress", adding that the projects of reconstructing 50 residential buildings are also ready. “The plan of complete reconstruction of the village is ready. The first phase includes demolition and leveling works. Construction works of the municipality and the celebration hall are underway. Soon the construction of a new school and a kindergarten will start,” he said.
