Nerses Poghosyan, who was detained along lines of the case of the leader of “Centennial without the regime” movement Jirayr Sefilyan and who was holding hunger strike for 30 days, has stopped his hunger strike. But it does not mean that Nerses Poghosyan gives up his demands. Nerses Poghosyan, who has been in custody for already 7 months, demands to change his precautionary measure, using signature or bail. “Yesterday in Nubarashen prison he met with his mother, who urged him to stop hunger strike, as he has become very weak. Nerses didn’t refuse his mother’s request,” Nerses Poghosyan’s wife, Lia Poghosyan, told “A1+”. He is accused of being a member of an organized group, but the Investigation body, according to the advocate, has made a decision that Nerses wasn’t a member of any group and refused to commit a crime.
