Davit Babayan: We should not suffer from illusions (video)
Artsakh President’s Spokesman Davit Babayan has commented on the latest statement of the OSCE Minsk Group which referred to a December 29 attempted incursion on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border that resulted in casualties. “The incident near Chinari differs a little from all other violations that occur along Azerbaijan’s border with Karabakh in the sense that Armenia and Azerbaijani are recognized states and whenever such a thing happens, it means that Azerbaijan grossly violates the fundamental principles of international law.
