“Our goals need to be realistic and achievable otherwise stress will be inevitable,” Sona Harutyunyan, Head of the Stress and Pain Management Center, said on January 11.
People should also be prepared to return to their daily routine and work from holidays. If one relaxes to the full during the holidays it will be difficult for him/her to return to work.
The psychologist advises spending a moderate amount on holidays in order not to appear in a stressful situation afterwards.
