Political analyst: Interests of CSTO countries do not coincide (video)
The meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council took place in St. Petersburg on December 26. The appointment of the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) did not take place again because of the absence of the President of Belarus and lack of quorum. The issue was postponed until the next session of the Collective Security Council which will take place in April, 2017. Is it purely technical problem or are there political motives?
