Soft loan to Nork Marash medical center (video)
Today the Government has given a guarantee for providing a soft loan to Nork Marash medical center. Minister of Finance Vardan Aramyan noted that the means will be allocated for obtaining new medical equipment, “The loan will be provided for 19.5 years, 6.5 of which are a grace period. Loan’s interest rate is zero. Only loan obligations’ 0.55 percent payments and 1 percent guarantee fee are planned.” Prime Minister clarified whether the medical center will cover the loan. The Minister answered, “Yes, by its means, we are just a guarantor.”
