Alexander Revzin, Director of “Aurora” Prize Ceremony, Producer of more than 150 television and entertainment programs and music contests, held a master class in Armenia. During the interview, the producer gave some interesting advice; here are some of them: One of the most important decisions in life is the choice of a profession. You cannot achieve success if you make a wrong choice. Many people find it difficult to find ideas, but there is an easy mechanism. If you can put the answers to questions “What” and “How” in a simple sentence, it means that you have found the idea. Before organizing an event, ask yourself several questions- ‘Who has ordered the event?’, ‘What you are aiming at?’ It is important to take into account the laws, which include traditions of that country. I you follow these rules, you will be able to organize events successfully. You should remember that shows and gatherings do not differ from each other. One cannot become a star; he has to be born a star. You can make a person famous using various ways, but he will not be in demand. Star is a complex of huge values, which one should be born with. The producer brings the example of “The Beatles”: these guys achieved success though they didn’t have music education. Each person should pass a road in order to find an answer to the question “Who am I?” It will be hard, but it is necessary to find good teachers and gain confidence, without which it is impossible to achieve your dreams. You should always remember that Karma is more than fate.
