fog and mist on some roads in Armenia
The Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies reports that there was fog and mist on Sisian-Goris roadway as of 2:30 p.m., with visibility up to 30-40 m. Black-ice is formed on the roads in Dilijan, Sisian and Goris and Vardenyats Mountain Pass. Snow cleaning is underway on these roads. All state and interstate highways in the country are mainly passable.
