Armenian, Azerbaijani FMs meet in Hamburg
Foreign Minister of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Edward Nalbandian and Elmar Mammadyarov have met in Hamburg. The meeting was initiated by the OSCE Minsk Group. The two FMs are in Germany to participate in the 23rd session of the Ministerial Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in Hamburg.
