Razmik Oltetsyan wins small silver medal
Armenian weightlifter Razmik Oltetsyan won a small silver medal in European Weightlifting Championship underway in Israel. In the U-23 championship, our 77 kg weight lifter lifted 177 kg in clean and jerk exercise and took the 2nd place, wining a small silver medal. Alas, in snatch exercise he took the 6th place with 137 kg result. As a result of two exercises Razmik Oltetsyan took the 4th place with 314 kg result. Today three athletes from Armenia, Hakob Mkrtchyan (85 kg) and Samvel Gasparyan (94 kg) will perform in U-20 championship, and Sona Poghosyan (75 kg) will take part in U-20 girls’ championship.
