Cable cars remain idle in Alaverdi city (video)
The cableway in Armenia’s Alaverdi city has not been operating for nine months now. Throughout its operation, the vehicle has stopped several times because of technical difficulties, losing part of its passengers and accumulating debts. Serious financial investments and at least 500 passengers are needed to re-operate the cableway. The city authorities are looking for investors.
