Gevorg Ghazaryan stops Portugal’s champion
In the 12th round of Portugal Premier League, Gevorg Ghazaryan’s FC Maritimo held a home match with the leader of the tournament FC Benfica. Midfielder of the Armenian national football team scored the first goal of the match. The footballers of FC Benfica managed to equal the score on the 27th minute, but Ghazaryan’s club managed to score another goal and won with 2:1 score. Before the match, bookmakers believed in the victory of FC Benfica. After the match FC Maritimo gained 17 points and takes the 6th place, but FC Benfica leads the tables with 29 points.
