Lars is closed
According to the Ministry of ES of RA on December 3 by 12.20 all state and interstate highways in the Republic are mainly passable. Sotk-Karvachar highways and Vardenyats Pass are difficult to pass. In Spitak, Tashir, Stepanavan towns of Lori Province, Voskepar turns and Aparan-Aragats, Yerevan-Sevan, Hrazdan-Tsaghkadzor, Hrazdan-Hanqavan roadways black-ice is formed. According to the information received from the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia the Lars highway is closed for all types of vehicles.
