Achemyan does not find his place (video)
The City Hall of Armenia’s second largest city of Gyumri has announced the third tender for the construction of a monument to Vardan Achemian, a prominent theater figure, an Armenian USR and USSR actor. The first tender was announced at the beginning of the year. The commission did not approve any of the nine works submitted in the contest. This time, six of them have been submitted to the contest with partial changes. Details in the video of Tsayg TV
