Fog on Dilijan, Ijevan and Noyemberyan highways
The RA Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies reports as of November 21, 09:30 there is black ice on some parts of Goris and Meghri highways; those roads are being cleaned with salt and sand. There is fog on Dilijan, Ijevan and Noyemberyan highways, visibility- 100 meters. In order to refrain from incidents, accidents and traffic jam, the drivers are urged to use only winter tires. The RA interstate and republican roads are open.
