Situation on Line of Contact discussed with Chairman of the European Union Military Committee
On November 11 the RA First Deputy Minister of Defense David Tonoyan had a meeting in Brussels with General Michail Kostarakos, Chairman of the European Union Military Committee. The prospects of the military cooperation between Armenia and the EU were discussed at the meeting. Representative of the EU informed about the chances and formats of the partners’ participation in international peacekeeping and stability establishing missions. During the meeting Tonoyan presented the Chairman the situation in the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and the Karabakh-Azerbaijani Line of Contact.
