“If ‘Hamakhmbum’ participates in the elections separately, I will head the list. If we form an alliance, I am personally ready to put aside my personal ambitions and move forward according to political relevance,” said Vartan Oskanian, leader of “Hamakhmbum” (Consolidation) party. While touching upon the alliance with the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK), he said that nothing is excluded, and in general, except for the ruling force, alliance is possible with any oppositional force. Do we need Gagik Tsarukyan’s return?
