Ministry: There is icing on some road sections
Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies of Armenia reports that precipitation stopped in the country as of 5:30 p.m. Roads of interstate and republican significance are open. There is partial icing on road curves in Dilijan and Spitak, as well as in Vardenyats mountain pass. All roads are under the supervision of the Roads Construction Companies. Works on roads treatment with rock-salt and sand, as well as clearing are underway. The Ministry recommends drivers to use only winter tires.
