Ministry: Roads in Armenia are passable
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that all state and interstate highways in Armenia were passable as of 2.00 p.m. Sotk-Karvachar highway is difficult to pass. Black-ice is formed on Vanadzor-Stepanavan highway. According to the information received from the Department of Emergency Situations of the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs,the Larsi highway is closed for all types of vehicles.
