Spanish Malaga city recognizes the Armenian Genocide

The City Council of the Spanish City of Malaga has unanimously adopted a statement which officially recognizes and condemns the Armenian Genocide. The statement describes the events at the turn of the century as a crime against humanity, which resulted in the creation of the Malaga’s City Council has expressed its support for world-spread Armenians, saying that a cross stone dedicated to the memory of the Armenian Genocide victims will be erected in the city’s central park in the near future.
