During the start of today’s parliament sitting, opposition lawmaker Nikol Pashinyan said Armen Israyelyan (aka Heron) has reportedly been gunned down by a hit-man in Moscow “We have heard his name mentioned in announcements about illegalities committed by Republican lawmaker Samvel Alexanyan. The criminal case started on the reports was discontinued a week ago which speaks to the fact that our law enforcement agencies are not independent. The traces of the murder bring straight to the National Assembly,” Pashinyan said. “I would like you to speak about the NA Regulations. Next time, I shall turn off your microphone,” NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan said.
