Businessmen are in debt to villagers; villagers- to state; which is the way out? (video)
The topic of October 23rd of “Kiraki” (Sunday) program is harvesting in the regions. Which problems the villagers face while cultivating and selling the harvest, how the state should aid them, why the villagers are mainly displeased irrespective of the quantity of the harvest, or whether it is the result of wrong calculations. Our colleagues from “Kyavar” TV and “Tsayg” TV prepared video materials on the topic. The program hosted Ashot Harutyunyan, Head of Plant Growing and Plant Protection department of the RA Ministry of Agriculture, and Artak Sargsyan, Chairman of the Union of Winemakers of Armenia.
