Administrative Court rejects GALA party
On October 21, the Administrative Court announced the verdict in the case of GALA v Precinct Electoral Commission N 34. The court rejected the lawsuit filed by the GALA political party which demanded;
- to annul the results of the October 2 elections in Gyumri
- invalidate PEC’s Decision 206 Ա on the election of local council members.
