Artur Petrosyan appointed chief coach of Armenian football team

The new head the Armenian national team is Artur Petrosyan, the Football Federation of Armenia said on its website. Petrosyan, who is currently the chief coach of the Swiss FC Zürich II, will assume responsibilities in his new post starting from November 1. He will replace Varuzhan Sukiasyan, who resigned after the 2018 World Cup Poland v Armenia qualifier. He was appointed headcoach of the Armenian national team on December 10, 2015. The Armenian team headed by Petrosyan will hold their first meeting on November 11. On that day, our team will host the national team of Montenegro.
